Who this line suits, and who should skip it

Suits

Artists who work at a steady pace and control humidity in the room. Best for salons running six or more sets a day, where the glue has to keep up with the hands.

Skip it if

Beginners still learning isolation, and studios without a hygrometer. A fast glue in a dry room cures before the fan is placed, and the set looks uneven by day three.

Check before ordering

Ask for the batch and the production date before ordering a case. Adhesive loses a third of its rated speed after six months in a warm warehouse.

How a batch is tested before it ships

Every batch is mixed in a temperature-controlled room, rested, then checked at the bench. We log room temperature and relative humidity at mixing time, because both move the cure speed more than the formula does. A batch that tests well at 25 degrees and 50 percent humidity behaves differently in a client room at 30 degrees and 80 percent, and the buyer needs to know which number they are holding.

Viscosity is measured with a flow cup, cure is timed on a synthetic lash under a stopwatch, and retention is checked on mannequin heads held for a week. The retention test is the one that matters, because the first two can pass while the third fails if the batch was contaminated at filling.

What we need from you to quote a formula

Cure speed, colour, viscosity and bottle size are the four inputs that change the price. Frontal glue for classic work usually sits at a longer cure than volume glue, and a buyer moving from a fast product to a slower one will see retention rise in humid rooms and fall in dry ones. Tell us the market and the average room conditions and the recommendation will follow.

Factory questions

Do you make both salon and retail adhesive?

Yes, as separate formulas. They fail for different reasons and should not share one spec.

Why does cure speed matter?

A glue that cures before placement bonds to the wrong lash. A glue that never fully cures loses retention in week two.

What humidity do your formulas need?

Most sit at 45 to 60 percent RH. Outside that range cure speed changes, so tell us the room.

Can you label the bottle under my brand?

Yes, from 100 bottles, with batch and expiry fields.

Do you supply MSDS?

One per lot, tied to the batch that shipped.

Is the adhesive latex and formaldehyde free?

Yes, and the MSDS documents the composition.

What is the shelf life?

Six months unopened, four to six weeks after opening.
