A lash factory that shows you how the tray was made

We have been making lashes since 2016. Curl setting, band assembly, tray layout and inspection all happen in our building, which means we can answer a question about a specific order instead of forwarding it to someone else.

Specifications

The numbers behind a tray

If a supplier cannot tell you the curl, thickness and band on a tray, they are reselling. These are the ranges we run every week.

Custom combinations are available at MOQ 100 per style.

Why the difference shows up in week three

On day one, most trays look the same. By week three, the differences are obvious: curls that leaned over in storage, bands that lost grip, fans that closed up in the tray.

That is a production issue, not an application issue. Fiber grade, heat setting and band tension decide how a lash behaves after it leaves the factory. We control all three in house, and we check them on the tray before packing.

“A reseller can match your price. They cannot match a batch record.”

Production

Eight stages, in order

01

Produce

Fiber is selected and prepared for the lash line. Batches are logged by material lot.

02

Cutting

Lasers and blades cut to the target length and taper. Blunt tips are rejected here, not at packing.

03

Rolling

The lash is rolled onto a rod to form the curl, then heat-set so it holds its shape.

04

Tray layout

Lashers place each lash by hand. This step sets the fan spacing and the visual pattern of the tray.

05

Molding

Final curl and tip shape are fixed. Trays that do not match the reference are pulled.

06

Inspection

Curl direction, band strength, symmetry and residue. Every tray, not a sample of one style.

07

Printing

Private label logos, tray cards and box artwork are printed and matched to the approved proof.

08

Packing

Export cartons with moisture protection, SKU labels and batch numbers, ready for air or sea.

Private label

Your logo, on the tray and the box

Private label is more than a sticker. It is the tray card, the band color, the curl mix, the insert and the carton markings. We handle all of it from one artwork approval and keep the files for repeat orders.

Send a logo today and you will have a design tomorrow. Boxes start from a product order of $500, with 1-2 weeks for small runs and 2-3 weeks for bulk.

  • Step 1Pick the lash family and curl mix.
  • Step 2Send logo and brand colors.

Quality control

Four checks before a box closes

CHECK 01

Curl direction

Every lash in a tray follows the same curl and the same direction. A leaning lash is pulled.

CHECK 02

Band strength

Bands are flexed and checked for adhesion. Lashes that shed on the tray fail here.

CHECK 03

Symmetry

Left and right pairs are compared for length, taper and tip shape.

CHECK 04

Cleanliness

Residue, loose fiber and packaging marks are removed before the box is sealed.

FAQ

Lash manufacturing questions

Are you a lash manufacturer or a trading company?

A manufacturer with an in-house export team. The lash line is in our Pingdu factory, and shipping is handled by our own staff.

Where is the factory?

Pingdu, Qingdao, Shandong. Visits and video audits can be arranged with a few days’ notice.

How long have you been making lashes?

Since 2016. Several workers on the line have more than seven years of experience.

Is production really 100% in house?

Yes. Lash formation, curl setting, tray assembly, inspection and packing all happen in our building. We do not relabel third-party trays.

Can you handle repeat bulk orders?

Yes. Repeat orders run through the same line, with the saved specification checked against a retained sample first.

Which lash families do you produce?

Classic, flat, ellipse, premade fan, easy fan, YY, W, cashmere, volume, colored, brown and laser extensions, plus cluster, press-on, strip and magnetic lashes.

What curls do you offer?

J, B, C, CC, D, DD, L, M, U and V. Custom curl mixes are available for private label.

What thickness and length?

0.03 to 0.25 mm, 4 to 25 mm. Mixed trays are standard for salons.

What fiber do you use?

Korean PBT. It is waterproof, matte black, and holds curl for more than 12 months in storage.

Do you use real mink?

Our mink strips use Siberian mink collected by combing. We also produce faux mink and vegan options.

Why does matte black matter?

Cheaper fiber carries a blue or green cast that looks artificial in photos and under salon light. Matte black reads natural.

How many times can strip lashes be reused?

25-30 wears with careful handling. Most customers get 15-20 before the band softens.

What is the private label minimum?

100 pieces per order. Custom packaging starts from a product order of $500.

Can you develop a new style?

Yes. Send a reference photo or a sample, and we match the curl, taper and length mix, then produce a counter-sample.

Do you design packaging?

Yes. Artwork is returned within 24 hours, covering box, tray card, ribbon and insert.

Can I mix styles in one order?

Yes. Multiple families and curl mixes can be combined under one brand and packed per SKU.

How long does OEM production take?

10-15 working days after artwork approval, plus 1-3 weeks if custom boxes are produced.

Can I order samples first?

Yes. 4-5 pairs free, you cover the courier. Delivery in 5-7 business days.

What are the payment terms?

USD only. 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment, by PayPal, Western Union or T/T.

Do you offer exclusivity?

For partners with committed annual volume, we discuss market exclusivity case by case.

How are lashes packed for export?

Trays are boxed, then packed in export cartons with moisture protection and SKU and batch labels.

Do you inspect every order?

What certifications do you hold?

FDA facility registration, plus SGS, ROHS and MSDS documentation for lash and glue products.
