Darmowe próbkiHandmade 3D to 10D fans in 0.05 to 0.07 mm, built at a bench with a narrow base so the fan sits on one natural lash without twisting.
Fans are built by hand, which is the part automation cannot do without changing the product.
Base width decides whether a fan sits flat or twists.
Heat-set and tested in storage.

Salons and brands that already know the curl and diameter their artists work with, and need a tray that repeats exactly from order to order.
Buyers still testing the market. Order a mixed tray first: a full case of one length tells you nothing about which lengths your clients actually use.
Compare the curl against a tray you already trust, not against a photo. Curl codes are conventions, and two factories can label the same CC differently.
Volume works because fine lashes weigh less together than one thick lash. Five 0.05 extensions weigh less than a single 0.12, which is why a full set can look dense without loading the natural lash. The arithmetic is unforgiving: weight scales with the square of diameter, so 0.07 is nearly twice the weight of 0.05 at the same length.
Fan count follows the diameter. Two to four lashes per fan at 0.07, four to six at 0.05, six and up at 0.03. Pushing the fan count with a heavier fibre is the most common cause of early loss in volume sets, and it is invisible in a photograph.
Handling is the trade. 0.03 fibre is unforgiving: it shows every error in isolation and needs a faster adhesive than a 0.05 set. Studios moving into volume should start at 0.07 and work down, not order the finest fibre first because it sounds more advanced.
0.07 for artists building fans in the hand, 0.05 for wider fans and a softer finish. Most studios end up stocking both.
Roughly the same lash count as classic, but each fan carries several fibres, so a tray is consumed faster.
Yes, and it is often kinder than classic, provided the fan weight stays within the lash tolerance.
No, the base is heat-set. A glued base is bulky and sits off the lash.
Yes, though most buyers mix densities across trays.
