Skip it if

Anyone buying for extension work. Strip lashes are a single unit on a band; they are not bonded lash by lash and the lash count is irrelevant.

Check before ordering

Ask about the adhesive strip and the band width. Strip tack that fades in the warehouse becomes a return in month two, not a review you can answer.

Field notes

Mink strips: the name and the fibre

Mink describes a soft, tapered finish, not an animal. Professional strip lashes are PBT fibre, and the "mink" label signals how the tip is shaped and how the lash catches light. Buyers should treat it as a finish name and check the fibre and taper directly.

The softness that sells the format is also its weakness. Very soft fibre loses shape faster, especially if the customer stores the pair loose in a bag. A tray and a light dusting of powder keep the curve; a resealable pouch does the same job at lower cost.

Curl runs from natural to dramatic, and the difference between two suppliers is often larger than the difference between natural and volume within one supplier. Approve a sample against a pair you already sell, not against a photograph.

Is mink real fur?

No. It is a finish description for synthetic PBT fibre.

How many wears per pair?

Ten to fifteen with care, fewer with heavy mascara.

What band does it use?

Usually a thin black cotton band. Clear band is available for a lighter look.
