Запросити цінуWe make lash extensions, clusters, strips and adhesive under your brand — box, label, ribbon, insert card and the tray inside it. Design comes back within 24 hours, packaging can start at a $500 order value, and the first production run does not require you to already have a brand.
MOQ 100 pieces per style. Printed packaging has its own minimum, explained below.
A private label order is a set of decisions that all have to agree: the tray, the box, the label, the insert, and the claim printed on the back. When those four disagree, the customer notices before they ever open the box. So we build them together, from one artwork file.
Your curl, diameter and length mix on a 12-line or 16-line tray, with a sticker label or a printed sleeve.
Salon-speed glues and consumer bond-and-seal, labeled under your brand with your batch and expiry fields.
Box, ribbon, insert card and seal sticker, coordinated with the tray label so the set reads as one brand.
You send the logo, the colors and a reference box you like. If you only have a logo, we design the rest and send a draft within 24 hours.
We set the dieline to the box type, place the artwork, and send a proof for sign-off. Nothing prints until you approve the proof in writing.
The tray is produced to your spec while the packaging prints. Bulk runs take 10–15 working days; printed packaging adds 1–3 weeks.
Product goes into the printed box, labels and batch codes are applied, and cartons are prepped for FBA or shipped to your address.
Every packaging choice trades cost against lead time. A printed box is not simply a prettier sticker — it moves your order onto a printing schedule, and that schedule is the part of a private label project that slips. Here is how the options behave.
| Option | What it involves | Time impact | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sticker label | Your logo printed on a label applied to our stock tray or box | No add-on; ships with the product run | First order, market testing, tight budget |
| Printed sleeve | Printed card sleeve over a stock tray | Adds roughly 1 week | Small brands that want a printed look without a custom box |
| Custom printed box | Book-style, drawer or magnetic box on your own dieline | Adds 1–3 weeks depending on quantity | Retail shelf, Amazon listing photography, gift sets |
| Full kit | Box, ribbon, insert card, seal sticker, tray label | Adds 2–3 weeks | Brands selling sets or bundles |
| FBA prep | FNSKU labels, poly bag, carton labels to your spec | Adds 2–3 days after packing | Amazon sellers shipping straight to a warehouse |
Packaging customization starts at a $500 order value, and the reason is practical rather than arbitrary: below that, the plate setup and the press run cost more than the packaging itself, and you would be paying for a box that could have been a sticker.
Most proof rounds are lost to the same four problems: a raster logo, the wrong color mode, no bleed, and text too close to the fold. Fix those before you send and the project moves on the first pass.
Send the file with the box size and the tray count you expect. If the artwork is not built for that dieline yet, we can reflow it — but the brand colors and the logo lockup are yours to define, not ours to invent.
| Level | What is included | Who it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Stock tray, sticker label with your logo, your curl and length mix. No printed box. | A first collection built to test demand before spending on packaging |
| Brand | Printed box on your dieline, insert card, tray label, optional ribbon and seal. | Brands selling on a website or in salons where the unboxing carries weight |
| Full line | Extensions, clusters, strips and adhesive, all under one brand system with matched packaging. | Distributors and brands that want one supplier and one visual language across the catalog |
Private label brands get taken down for the words on the box more often than for the product inside it. We are an FDA-registered facility and we hold SGS, ROHS and MSDS documents, but “registered” is not “approved”, and a box that says otherwise is a liability you are carrying, not us.
What the documents support: a registered facility, tested materials, an MSDS per adhesive lot, and cruelty-free production for the lines where no animal fiber is used. What they do not support: medical claims, allergy guarantees, or “FDA approved” anywhere on the packaging. Say “FDA registered facility” and you are accurate. Say “FDA approved” and you are inviting a suspension.
Adhesive labels carry a batch number and an expiry field. If your marketplace asks for documentation, the MSDS and the registration record go out with the order so your listing review does not stall while you wait on us.
Your logo, your dieline and your tray spec stay on file. A reorder does not renegotiate the design — it reprints it.
Private label workflow, PingduThe order of operations matters. Product sample first, box proof second, production third. If the tray is wrong, the box is wrong, and reprinting packaging to fix a product decision is the most expensive mistake in this process.
Once those four are signed, the run is scheduled and the dates become predictable. That is also the point where changes start costing money instead of time.
A private label supplier that agrees to every claim is not doing you a favor. Below are the four requests we turn down, and what we offer instead. Each one exists because the packaging outlives the conversation that created it.
| Request | Why we refuse | What we print instead |
|---|---|---|
| “FDA approved” | Registration is a facility status, not an approval of a product or a claim | “FDA registered facility” |
| “Hypoallergenic, guaranteed” | No adhesive is allergy-proof for every wearer, and a guarantee invites a liability you cannot win | “Low-fume formulation, patch test recommended” |
| “Medical grade” | There is no such classification for cosmetic lash adhesive | “Salon-speed adhesive, MSDS provided” |
| “Vegan” on a mink strip line | The fiber is animal-derived; the claim would be false on that SKU | Reserve the vegan claim for the synthetic and PBT lines |
This is not us being difficult about copy. A marketplace takedown is triggered by a screenshot of your packaging, and the reviewer does not care that the factory suggested the wording. The claim is yours the moment it prints.
Private label freight is heavier than plain wholesale because printed boxes take space and cannot be compressed. Plan the carton count before the print run, not after.
Printed boxes ship flat where the construction allows it, which is one reason a book-style box is cheaper to freight than a rigid drawer box. If your launch date is fixed, tell us at the quote stage — the freight mode changes the packing plan, and the packing plan changes the carton dimensions.
100 pieces per style for the product. Packaging customization starts at a $500 order value, because the print setup costs more than the packaging below that.
No. Most of our private label clients arrive with a logo and a direction. If the logo is all you have, we design the box, label and insert around it.
Within 24 hours of receiving your logo and reference. That draft is a working file, not a final proof — expect one or two rounds before it prints.
You do. Your artwork, dieline and tray spec are kept in your account file under a confidentiality agreement and are not reused for another client.
We print on the label or the sleeve rather than the foil tray. Printing directly on a foil tray rubs off in transit, which looks worse than a clean label.
Book-style, drawer and magnetic closure, in the sizes that fit 3, 5 or 12-line trays. If you have a dieline you already use, send it and we will print to it.
Yes. Sets that combine a tray, a bond and seal, and an applicator are common. Each component is labeled under your brand.
Yes, as part of the full kit. Both are printed from the same artwork file so the colors match the box.
Vector AI, EPS or PDF in CMYK with 3 mm bleed and outlined text. Raster art is accepted for stickers only.
10–15 working days for the product, plus 1–3 weeks for printed packaging, plus 2–3 days if we prep for FBA. The clock starts at proof approval.
Yes. We apply your FNSKU labels, bag and carton labels to your spec. You stay the importer of record.
Yes, for brands that sell first and hold no stock. It works best on catalog styles rather than custom trays.
Yes. Salon-speed and consumer glues can be labeled under your brand with batch and expiry fields, and the MSDS follows the lot.
No, and we will not. We are an FDA-registered facility, which is different. “FDA registered facility” is accurate; “FDA approved” is a claim the documents do not support.
Yes on the lines that use no animal fiber. Tell us which line the claim applies to so the box matches the product.
Our adhesives are formulated without latex and formaldehyde, and the MSDS documents the composition. Put the claim on the packaging only for the products it applies to.
Two rounds are normal and included. Beyond that, the issue is usually the source file rather than the proof, and we will say so.
If the printed packaging does not match the approved proof, we reprint it. If it matches the proof you signed, the cost is yours — which is why the proof gets read carefully.
Yes. The dieline, artwork and tray spec stay on file, so a reorder skips design and goes straight to print and production.
Yes, and we would rather you start at 100 pieces per style and prove the product than order a container and discover the curl is wrong for your market.
Send your logo, the product line you want, and a reference box if you have one. The contact page goes to the same team that runs production.
Send your artwork and the product line you want to launch. You will get a dieline, a draft and a quote that separates product, packaging and freight so you can see what each decision costs.
