These terms apply to business orders placed with RY Lashes, the trading name of Pingdu Leehong Beauty Lashes Factory, for eyelash extensions, lash adhesive, tools, packaging and private label production. By placing an order you accept them.
If a signed contract or purchase order states different terms, the signed document wins.
An enquiry is not an order. We quote in USD unless another currency is agreed, and quotes hold for thirty days from issue. Prices exclude freight, insurance, duties and any destination taxes unless the quote says DDP.
Quotes are based on the specification in the enquiry. If the specification changes after quoting, we re-quote rather than absorb the difference silently.
Standard sample pieces are free in small quantity. Courier cost is normally on the buyer, and can be credited against the first production order. Custom samples made to your specification may carry a sample charge, agreed before we start.
Sampling is a distinct process from mass production. Curl, colour and band stiffness vary slightly between batches, and the tolerance table on the approved spec sheet is what both sides work to.
Standard minimum order is 100 pieces per style. Custom packaging carries its own minimum, which we state in writing before production, because print runs and lash runs rarely share the same threshold.
Lead time runs from the later of deposit receipt, artwork approval or pre-production sample approval. Typical production is fifteen to twenty-five working days depending on the line and the packaging.
Standard terms are thirty percent deposit with the order and the balance before shipment. We accept T/T and, for smaller orders, agreed online payment methods. Bank charges on the buyer side are the buyer’s cost.
For repeat customers at volume, we discuss credit terms case by case. Letters of credit are accepted at volume with the fees on the buyer side.
Default terms are FOB Qingdao unless the order states otherwise. Risk passes at the point named in the agreed Incoterm. We can quote CIF or DDP when a buyer prefers a single landed number.
We provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and a safety data sheet with every adhesive shipment. Import clearance and duties are the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP is agreed.
Goods are produced to the approved specification and inspected before packing. If a shipment does not match the approved sample within the stated tolerances, tell us within thirty days of arrival with the batch code and photographs.
Confirmed defects are remedied by replacement or credit, at our choice. We do not accept claims for adhesive that has been opened and stored outside the temperature range on the label, or for lashes damaged by application.
You keep ownership of the logos, artwork and brand names you supply. You confirm you have the right to use them. We keep your artwork confidential and do not reuse it for other customers.
Where we develop packaging or a product format specifically for you, ownership of the tooling is agreed in writing before production. Standard formats remain our designs and may be sold to other customers under their own branding.
An order can be changed before production starts. Once materials are cut or print plates are made, changes are subject to the cost already incurred.
If an order is cancelled mid-production, work in progress, custom tooling and materials already purchased remain payable.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for lost profit, lost sales or consequential loss.
We supply products for professional and retail use according to their labels. Patch testing and compliance with local cosmetic regulations remain the responsibility of the brand selling to end users.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith for thirty days before referring a dispute to arbitration in Qingdao under CIETAC rules, in English unless both sides agree otherwise.
