Lash adhesive manufacturing

Glue that behaves the same in July and January

We make lash adhesives for two very different customers: salons that need a predictable cure at 9 a.m. on a humid Tuesday, and brands that need a retail bottle a first-time buyer can open without gluing her eye shut. Same factory, different formulas, separate testing.

Choose by how you work

Four cure speeds. Pick the one that matches your hands.

Cure speed is not a quality ranking. A fast glue in slow hands creates clumps. A slow glue in fast hands slows the appointment. Match the formula to the artist, then match the humidity.

Fast

0.5 second

Cure 0.5-1 s · 40-60% RH · 4-6 weeks

For artists who place a fan and move on. Not a beginner glue.

Medium

1 second

Cure 1-2 s · 45-65% RH · 4-6 weeks

The formula most salons settle on. Classic, hybrid and volume.

Slow

2 second

Cure 2-3 s · 30-60% RH · 3-5 weeks

For students and anyone working through a difficult lash line.

UV

UV cure

1-2 s under lamp · any humidity · 4-6 weeks

For humid rooms and clients who react to fumes. Cures on command.

Retention assumes clean lashes, correct isolation and aftercare. Touch-ups every 2-3 weeks are normal. Shelf life is six months unopened, four to six weeks after opening.

How it is made

The bottle is the last thing that matters

Most glue failures start before filling. Moisture reaches the raw material, the mix order is off, or the batch sits too long before it is sealed. By the time it is in a pretty bottle, the damage is done.

Our liquids line uses imported raw materials, controlled mixing and oxygen-proof filling. Every batch is tested for cure time and viscosity, and a sample stays on file. If a salon calls six months later about a bottle, we can check the batch record instead of guessing.

  • MaterialUS and Japan sourced, checked on arrival.
  • MixingFormula mixed to target viscosity, not eyeballed.
  • FillingSealed to exclude oxygen and moisture.
  • RetentionBatch sample kept for traceability.
Retail and DIY

The other shelf: glue for people who never took a lash class

Consumer glue has a different job. It has to survive a shower, come off with a remover instead of pulling lashes, and explain itself on the front of a box. We make four products for that shelf.

5-7 DAYS

Cluster glue

Waterproof, low irritation, black or clear. The workhorse of DIY lash kits.

5-7 DAYS

Bond and seal

Two bottles: one holds the cluster, one removes tack and adds water resistance.

1-3 DAYS

Strip glue

Clear, black or white. Dries invisible on the band and does not turn white.

2-5 MIN

DIY remover

Gel or cream. Dissolves adhesive without tugging the natural lash.

What to tell your customers

STORAGE

68-77°F, upright

Out of sunlight, cap sealed. Heat and temperature swings shorten shelf life.

SHELF LIFE

6 months / 4-6 weeks

Unopened and opened respectively. Write the open date on the bottle.

DOCUMENTS

MSDS with every order

Plus FDA registration, SGS and ROHS files when your market requires them.

FORMULA

Latex and formaldehyde free

FAQ

Glue questions, answered plainly

What cure speeds do you make?

0.5, 1 and 2 second glues, a sensitive formula and a UV glue. Each has its own humidity window and retention range.

Which glue should a beginner use?

A 2-second glue. It gives you time to place the fan before it grabs. Move to 1 second once your sets finish under 90 minutes.

What retention is realistic?

4-6 weeks with proper isolation and aftercare, with a touch-up every 2-3 weeks. Anyone promising 8 weeks on every client is guessing.

How does humidity affect glue?

Cure speed is driven by moisture in the air. Too dry and the glue stays tacky; too humid and it grabs before you place it. Stay in the published range.

What is the ideal room temperature?

68-77°F (20-25°C). Cold rooms slow cure; hot rooms shorten working time.

Are your glues latex-free?

Yes. Professional formulas are latex-free, alcohol-free, formaldehyde-free and contain no toluene.

Which formula has the least fume?

The 2-second and sensitive formulas. UV glue produces no residual fume after curing.

Do you supply MSDS?

Yes, with every bulk order. FDA registration, SGS and ROHS documents are available on request.

What is the shelf life?

Six months unopened, four to six weeks after opening. Store upright, away from sunlight.

What bottle sizes do you offer?

5 ml and 10 ml dropper bottles, brush bottles for cluster glue, and tubes for strip glue and remover.

Can I private label a glue?

Yes. Your label on a standard formula from 100 bottles, or a custom formula from 1,000.

How fast is artwork?

24 hours for label and box design after you send the logo and preferences.

How long does production take?

10-15 working days after artwork approval. Custom boxes add 1-3 weeks.

Can I mix glue and lashes in one order?

Yes. One shipment, one invoice, one quality standard.

What payment terms?

USD only. 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment, by PayPal, Western Union or T/T.

Can you ship by air?

Yes, with MSDS documentation and sealed packaging. Larger volumes can move by sea where permitted.

Do you keep batch samples?

Yes. A sample and production record stay on file for every batch.

What do you test before shipping?

Cure time, viscosity, appearance and seal integrity against the batch record.

Why does glue turn white sometimes?

Usually too much moisture or a thick drop that cures unevenly. A controlled room and a thin application prevent it.

Is UV glue better?

Not better, different. It cures on command under a lamp, which helps in humid rooms and with clients who react to fumes.

How much glue does a full set use?

About 0.1-0.2 ml for a classic set. A 5 ml bottle lasts a working artist several weeks, longer if stored correctly.

Can you match my current glue?

Send a sample and the specs you like. We match cure speed and viscosity, then send a counter-sample.

Do you supply retail kits?

Yes. Cluster glue, bond and seal, remover and a lash tray can be packed as one kit under your brand.

How do I start?

Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +86 185 5320 5621 with the formulas, quantity and destination. Samples and a quote follow within 24 hours.

Test the formula in your own room

Humidity, temperature and the way you work decide which glue is right. We will send samples of two or three formulas so you can compare them on real clients.
