Suits

Salons and brands that already know the curl and diameter their artists work with, and need a tray that repeats exactly from order to order.

Skip it if

Buyers still testing the market. Order a mixed tray first: a full case of one length tells you nothing about which lengths your clients actually use.

Check before ordering

Compare the curl against a tray you already trust, not against a photo. Curl codes are conventions, and two factories can label the same CC differently.

On the floor

Fan quality is decided at the base

A volume fan is judged by two things: whether the lashes sit in one plane, and how wide the base is. A base that spreads across two natural lashes will twist within days no matter how good the adhesive is. We build fans narrow at the bench and check the base width against a gauge rather than by eye.

Density is counted per cell, not estimated from the tray photo. A 6D tray that runs light in the middle produces a set that looks uneven under a ring light, and the buyer cannot see that until the tray is open, so the count is recorded at packing and held against the retained sample.

Mixing densities across a set

Most buyers order a range rather than one density: 4D and 5D for the inner corner, 6D to 8D through the middle, 9D or 10D at the outer edge. Packing those as a mixed tray saves the artist time and reduces the number of part-used trays at the end of a month.
