Suits

Artists who work at a steady pace and control humidity in the room. Best for salons running six or more sets a day, where the glue has to keep up with the hands.

Skip it if

Beginners still learning isolation, and studios without a hygrometer. A fast glue in a dry room cures before the fan is placed, and the set looks uneven by day three.

Check before ordering

Ask for the batch and the production date before ordering a case. Adhesive loses a third of its rated speed after six months in a warm warehouse.

Strip glue and the hold people expect

Strip glue is judged on one thing: whether the lash stays on through an evening. That means a tack that grips the band quickly, a formula that does not turn white when it dries, and a remover that does not pull the natural lash.

Latex-free is now a baseline in most markets, not a premium feature. Brush applicators are more popular than tubes in retail because they are easier to control, but they also use more product per application, which shortens the pack life.

For salons, strip glue is an add-on sale after a lift or a set. A 5 ml bottle with the salon label sells at a better margin than a bulk tube, and it keeps the brand in the bathroom.
