Wholesale lashes from the factory that makes them, not from a reseller’s spreadsheet

We hand-make lash extensions, strip lashes, cluster lashes and the adhesive that holds them. Wholesale starts at 100 pieces per style, runs on trays we build to your spec, and ships in 10–15 working days once the order is confirmed. You buy from the bench, not from a catalog somebody else re-uploaded.

What you are buying

A wholesale order here is a spec sheet, not a shopping cart

Most lash suppliers sell you a stock list and take what they have. We build the order: you pick curl, diameter, length mix and tray layout, and the factory makes that tray for you. That is why the conversation starts with your spec and not with a price list, and why a reorder in month six matches the tray you approved in month one.

Mixed trays, your mix

Single-length trays are for beginners. Most of our wholesale buyers run 3–6 lengths in one tray so an artist can map a set without opening four boxes. You send the ratio, we build it.

One spec across the range

Classic, volume, easy fan, premade fans, flat and cashmere, cluster and strip — made in the same building, so a new line does not mean a new supplier, a new lead time and a new quality argument.

Reorders that stay identical

Your tray spec, curl, matte black batch and packaging artwork stay on file. A reorder skips setup and the tray matches the one you signed off, which is the part most buyers get burned on.

Volume

What changes as the order grows

The MOQ is 100 pieces per style. Past that, what changes is not just the unit price — it is how much of the process we can bend around you: whether the tray is built to a custom layout, whether packaging is printed with your artwork, and how the cartons are packed for the freight you booked.

Order sizeWhat we can doLead timeBest for
100–499 pieces Catalog styles, your curl and length mix on standard trays. Stock packaging, your label if you have one. 3–7 working days for stock lines Testing a style before you commit to a season
500–1,999 pieces Custom tray layout, printed sticker labels, mixed cartons by style, private label boxes on request. 10–15 working days Amazon or Shopify sellers running 5–15 SKUs
2,000+ pieces Full private label program, printed boxes, ribbons and cards, batch planning across the season, FBA prep labels. 10–15 working days plus 1–3 weeks for printed packaging Distributors, salon chains, brand owners

Lead times are working days after deposit and artwork approval. Printed packaging runs on its own clock, so a private label order is scheduled from the day the box proof is signed, not the day the PO arrives.

The range

Six lines, one production floor

Buyers usually start with one line and add the next one when a customer asks for it. Because every line is made in-house, the second and third orders do not reset your lead time to zero.

Catalog styles on standard trays. Mixed-length trays are built to your ratio rather than pulled from stock.

Tray building

How to write a tray spec we can build without asking you three questions

A usable spec has five lines: line type, curl, diameter, the length ratio, and how many lashes per tray. Everything else — tray color, label, lash count per cell — we can fill in from the catalog. If you send a photo of a tray you like, we will reverse it into a spec you can reorder from.

The mistake we see most often is a spec that only names the length. A 0.07 D-curl 9–16 mm mixed tray and a 0.07 D-curl 9–16 mm volume tray look the same on paper and behave nothing alike in application, because the fan count per cell differs. Tell us how many lashes per fan and the tray becomes reproducible.

  • Line and fiber: classic, volume, easy fan, premade, flat, cluster, strip
  • Curl: J, B, C, CC, D, DD, L or M — we hold the curl to the same profile across batches
  • Diameter: 0.03–0.25 mm depending on line; volume lives at 0.05–0.07 mm
  • Length ratio: the actual mix, e.g. 8 mm × 2 rows, 10 mm × 4, 12 mm × 2
  • Tray and label: 12-line or 16-line, clear or foil, your sticker or ours

Sample before you commit

We send 4–5 pieces free of charge and you cover the freight. DHL takes 5–7 working days. Test the fan, the curl memory after a week, and the matte black under your own lighting before you place a tray order.

Request a sample pack

What the sample tells you

Whether the fan opens with one pinch, whether the base holds a bond without slipping, and whether the curl is still there after a week in a humid room. Those three answers decide if the tray belongs in your catalog.

Specification

The numbers behind the tray

These are the ranges we actually run, not marketing ranges. If your spec sits outside them, tell us before you build a price around it.

Quality

What happens to a tray before it reaches your carton

Every tray is inspected by hand before packing. The inspection is not a spot check: the tray is checked for curl alignment, band width, symmetry between the left and right side of the tray, and any fiber or glue residue on the strip. A defective tray is pulled, not shipped and credited later.

Curl and alignment

Rows are checked against the master tray for that style. If the curl drifts mid-batch, the whole batch is re-set before packing.

Band and base

Band width is measured, not eyeballed. A band that is too wide will not sit on a natural lash cleanly, and that is a return, not a preference.

Clean strip

No loose fiber, no adhesive smear on the strip. Trays that fail are reworked or discarded before the carton is sealed.

The inspection record travels with the shipment, and the batch code on the carton points back to the tray and the day it was made. If a customer disputes a tray, we can trace it instead of guessing. Compliance documents — FDA registration, SGS, ROHS and MSDS — are provided with the order so your marketplace or customs broker has them on hand.

Commercial terms

Payment, freight and the paperwork

Nothing here is negotiable per customer, which is the point: the terms are the same for a first order and a tenth order, so you can plan cash flow without renegotiating.

ItemTerms
CurrencyUSD
Deposit30% before production is scheduled
Balance70% before shipment, after your inspection or ours
MethodsT/T, Wise, PayPal (fee applies), Western Union
FreightDHL, UPS, FedEx, ARAMEX, air or sea — quoted per order
DocumentsInvoice, packing list, FDA registration, SGS, ROHS, MSDS

Freight is quoted after we know the carton count and the destination. Sea freight on a 2,000-piece order is a different calculation than DHL on 300 trays, and we would rather quote it properly than build a guess into the unit price.

Fit

Who this wholesale program is built for

Marketplace sellers

You need trays that survive a review photo, a spec that does not drift between restocks, and a supplier who can put an FBA label on the carton. You probably run 5–20 SKUs and reorder every 6–10 weeks.

Distributors

You sell to salons that ask for a specific curl and a specific length mix. Your margin depends on a stable cost per tray and a lead time you can promise without checking with us first.

Salon groups and academies

You buy for several locations or for students. Consistency matters more than the last five cents: a student trained on one tray should get the same tray next term.

If you are a brand owner rather than a reseller, the private label program is the better starting point — it covers boxes, labels, ribbons and cards, not just trays. And if you are still comparing factories, the lash manufacturer page explains how the production floor is set up and what we will not claim.

Process

From first message to a carton at your door

SpecYou send line, curl, diameter, length mix and quantity. We confirm what is standard and what is made to order.
QuoteA line-item quote in USD with lead time and freight options, built from your spec rather than a list price.
Sample4–5 pieces shipped by DHL in 5–7 working days so you can test the tray before committing.
ProductionDeposit schedules the batch. 10–15 working days for bulk, with inspection before packing.
ShipBalance settles, documents go with the carton, tracking is issued the day it leaves.

The step buyers underestimate is the sample. A tray that looks right in a photo can still fan badly or lose curl in a humid climate. Five pieces and a week of testing save a 2,000-piece mistake, and we would rather send the sample than process the return.

Packing benches on a production floor

Orders are built as batches rather than pulled from a shelf, so a mixed carton leaves the building sorted by style. Photos of our own floor will replace this one — ask for the current line video if you need it before then.

Questions

Wholesale questions, answered plainly

Minimums and pricing

What is the minimum order quantity?

100 pieces per style. You can mix styles in one order, but each style needs to reach 100 pieces so the tray can be built as a batch rather than pulled from stock.

Is the price the same for every customer?

The unit price is built from the spec: fiber, fan count, tray layout, packaging and volume. Two buyers ordering the same spec at the same quantity get the same price.

Do you publish a price list?

No. A lash tray price without a spec is meaningless, because fan count and tray layout change the labor. Send the five-line spec and you get a line-item quote.

Can I mix styles in a 100-piece order?

Yes, as long as each style reaches 100 pieces. Mixed cartons are packed by style with the style code on the outside.

Do prices drop at higher volume?

They do, because tray labor is spread across more units. The exact break points depend on the line — premade fans and cluster work are more labor-heavy than classic trays.

What currency do you quote in?

USD only. That keeps the invoice, the deposit and the balance on one currency and avoids a conversion surprise at payment.

Samples and spec

Are samples really free?

The pieces are free, 4–5 of them, and you pay the freight. DHL takes 5–7 working days. We do this because a tray has to be tested in the hand, not looked at in a photo.

Can you match a tray I already sell?

Send a photo and, if you have one, a physical sample. We will reverse it into a spec with curl, diameter, length ratio and fan count so it can be reproduced.

How do I know the curl will not drop in storage?

We use Korean PBT and heat-set the curl, and we test curl retention to 12+ months in storage. Ask for a sample, leave one piece in a humid room for a week, and check it yourself.

Is the black actually black?

It is matte black with no blue or green cast under daylight. That matters on camera and on a client’s eye, and it is one of the things buyers check first in a sample.

Can I get a custom tray layout?

Yes. Send the ratio and the number of lines, and we will build the layout. Custom layouts are produced with the batch, not pulled from stock.

Do you make private label trays for wholesale buyers?

Yes, and it is usually the next step after a first wholesale order. The private label page covers boxes, labels and artwork.

Production and delivery

How long does bulk production take?

10–15 working days after deposit and spec confirmation. Stock lines can ship in 3–7 working days. Printed packaging adds 1–3 weeks on its own schedule.

What if I need it faster?

Tell us the date before you order. Sometimes a stock line can move ahead in the queue; sometimes it cannot, and we would rather say no than promise a date the floor cannot hold.

How is the order packed?

Trays are packed to protect the curl: moisture barrier, rigid carton, style code outside. Cartons are sized for the freight method you booked.

Can you ship to Amazon FBA?

Yes. We apply your FBA labels and prep the cartons to the requirement you send. You remain the importer of record.

Who handles customs?

You do, as the importer. We provide the invoice, packing list and compliance documents — FDA registration, SGS, ROHS, MSDS — that your broker or marketplace asks for.

What payment methods do you accept?

T/T, Wise, PayPal and Western Union. PayPal carries a fee; T/T carries a bank fee. The 30/70 split is the same for every method.

Working together

Do you protect my designs?

Yes. Every client works under a confidentiality agreement, and your tray specs, artwork and batch records stay tied to your account, not shared with other buyers.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes, in Pingdu, Shandong. Tell us the dates and we will plan the visit around production so you see a batch being made rather than an empty floor.

What if a tray arrives damaged?

Send photos of the carton and the tray with the batch code. We trace the batch, replace what failed, and fix the packing step that caused it.

Do you sell to my competitor?

We sell to many buyers in the same markets. What stays exclusive is your artwork, your tray spec and your packaging — not the category.

How do I start?

Send the five-line spec and the quantity, or ask for samples first. Both routes start at the contact page.

Send the spec, get a quote you can compare

Line type, curl, diameter, length mix, quantity. That is enough for us to price the tray and tell you what the floor can hold. If you are not ready for a quote, order the samples and test them first.
