Suits

Brands that already have a product and need the box, card and label to match. Packaging is the difference between a tray and a shelf product.

Skip it if

First orders under a thousand units. Tooling and print setup dominate the cost at low volume, and a sticker on a standard box is the cheaper test.

Check before ordering

Ask for a proof on the actual stock, not a screen file. Pantone on coated board does not match the same code on uncoated, and foil shifts again.

Field notes

Custom boxes: what the minimum buys

A custom lash box is a print project, not a lash product. The minimum covers a print run and a die cut, and below that the setup cost per unit dominates. That is why the first order usually uses a standard box with a printed label.

Dieline, stock and finish decide the price more than size does. A folding carton at 300 to 350 gsm is the volume option; a rigid box with a wrapped lid costs several times more and is a gift product. Matte lamination photographs well and survives handling.

Plan backwards from the launch date. Print takes two to three weeks after proof approval, and foil or spot UV adds a week. Boxes that arrive after the lashes sit in the warehouse while the trays age.

What is the box MOQ?

Five hundred units for a standard dieline, higher for rigid or foil.

Do you provide a dieline?

Yes, for standard formats. Custom structures are quoted separately.

Can I supply my own artwork?

Yes. Vector, fonts outlined, with bleed and barcode placement confirmed on the proof.
