The phrase “low MOQ” gets used loosely. Here is what a 100-piece private label order actually includes at our factory, and what it does not.
What is included
One hundred pairs, mixed across styles, curls and lengths. A tray card with your logo. A box with your artwork, printed and assembled. Artwork returned within 24 hours so you are not waiting a week for a proof. Production in 10 to 15 working days after approval.
If you want custom boxes rather than stock boxes, the packaging minimum starts at a product order of $500. Small box runs take one to two weeks; bulk runs take two to three.
What is not included
Freight, duties and import clearance. A photographer. A website. Those are your side of the launch, and they matter more than most first-time brand owners expect.
How to use 100 pieces well
Do not spread 100 pairs across ten styles. Pick three or four styles that match your audience, order enough of each to photograph and test, and keep the rest for launch inventory. A brand with four clear styles sells better than a brand with ten unclear ones.
When to reorder
Reorder before you run out, not after. Production takes 10 to 15 working days, plus transit. If your launch sells through in six weeks, place the repeat order at week three. We keep your spec and artwork on file, so the second order does not require setting anything up again.
