Made in Pingdu, inspected before it ships

Fibre is sorted and cut in a clean room, fans are hand-fanned, trays are assembled to the row ratio. Every tray goes through in-house QC, then it is packed with a batch code. Nothing is subcontracted to a second workshop.

What you can change in your tray

Most buyers change three or four of these on their first order. None of them require a container.

Curl

J, B, C, CC, D, DD, L, M, U and V. Heat-set and held to the same profile across batches. Curl retention tested to 12 months in storage.

Diameter

0.03 to 0.25 mm by line. Volume sits at 0.05 to 0.07 mm, classic at 0.15 to 0.20 mm.

Length and mix

4 to 25 mm, single length or a mixed tray laid out to the row ratio you map with.

Fan count

Handmade 3D to 10D, or 10D premade fans with a heat-set base instead of a glued one.

Colour

Matte black and brown are stock. Custom dyed, two-tone and coloured sets run to order.

Tray and label

12 or 16 line, foil or clear, with your sticker or a printed sleeve.

Glue formula

Cure from 0.3 to 2 seconds, with viscosity, fume level and colour set to the room your clients work in. Your label from 100 bottles.

Packaging and kits

Box, tray card, ribbon, seal, barcode and FNSKU. Kits can pack lashes, adhesive and tweezers as one set.

If your spec sits outside these ranges, send it before you build a price around it. Most one-off requests get quoted once we know the volume and the date.

Pricing

How quotes are built

We do not publish a price list. A tray price without a spec tells you nothing, so we quote from the spec you send.

Your choices

Fiber and curl Korean PBT in matte black is the base line. Coloured, flat and cashmere cost more because the run is shorter.
Fan count A 10D handmade fan takes about twice the bench time of a 3D fan. That is where most of the price sits.
Length mix A single length is quicker to lay out than a four-length mixed tray.
Packaging A sticker costs nothing extra. Printed boxes start at a $500 order and add 1 to 3 weeks.
Volume Unit price falls as tray count rises. Freight mode changes the packing plan.

What we carry

Inspection Every tray checked by hand, with the record travelling with the carton.
Documents FDA registration, SGS, ROHS and MSDS prepared for your broker or marketplace review.

Terms are the same for a first order and a tenth: USD only, 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, T/T, Wise, PayPal or Western Union.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a lash manufacturer with our own line in Pingdu, plus an export team for documents, packing and shipping. Same building, one contact.

What can I customize?

Curl, diameter, length mix, fan count, colour, tray layout, glue formula and packaging. Packaging starts at a $500 order value.

What is the minimum order?

100 pieces per style. You can mix styles, curls and lengths inside that quantity. Adhesive can carry your label from 100 bottles.

What do you need to give me a quote?

Line, curl, diameter, length mix and quantity. Add the destination and a target date if you have one.

How is the price built?

Fiber, fan count, tray layout, packaging and volume. A mixed 10D tray costs more than a single-length 3D tray.

What are the payment terms?

USD only. 30% deposit before production, 70% before shipment. T/T, Wise, PayPal or Western Union.

Do you send free samples?

Yes. Four to five pieces free, you cover the courier. DHL takes 5 to 7 working days.

Can you match a tray I already sell?

Send a sample or clear photos. We match curl, taper and band, then produce a counter-sample before the batch runs.

How long does production take?

10 to 15 working days for bulk after deposit and spec confirmation. Printed packaging adds 1 to 3 weeks.

Do you ship to Amazon FBA?

Yes. We apply FNSKU labels and pack cartons to the requirement you send. You stay the importer of record.
