Fit and limits

Who this line suits, and who should skip it

Suits

Artists who work at a steady pace and control humidity in the room. Best for salons running six or more sets a day, where the glue has to keep up with the hands.

Skip it if

Beginners still learning isolation, and studios without a hygrometer. A fast glue in a dry room cures before the fan is placed, and the set looks uneven by day three.

Check before ordering

Ask for the batch and the production date before ordering a case. Adhesive loses a third of its rated speed after six months in a warm warehouse.

On the floor

Gel or cream is a choice about the eye, not the price

Remover has to soften cyanoacrylate without running into the eye. A gel stays where it is applied and gives the technician control near the lower lid; a cream is easier to apply in a thick band but can migrate with body heat. We make both and we tell buyers which suits a rushed service and which suits a careful one.

Dissolving time is the figure buyers ask for and the one that varies most with temperature. A product that releases a set in three minutes at 24 degrees can take six in a cold room, so the instruction sheet gives a range and a check: test one fan before committing to the full removal.

Viscosity

Gel and cream

Both tested for migration on a mannequin lid.

Release time

Three to six minutes

Dependent on room temperature; range printed on pack.

Eye safety

pH buffered

Formulated for use near the lid, not on the eyeball.

Before it ships

Documents a salon will ask for

Remover is the product most likely to be inspected, so every shipment carries an MSDS and a batch code that traces to the fill date. Private label buyers get the same documents under their own brand name.

The remover gel and remover cream pages carry the pack sizes, and the glue factory page explains the document set.
