Full removal without pulling

Cream remover is the product for a full set. It is thick enough to stay on the lash line, works through the bond over several minutes, and lets the extensions slide off rather than being pulled. The alternative, picking or peeling, takes the natural lash with it and shows up as a thin lash line six weeks later.

Patch test first. Cream removers are alkaline and a client who reacts will feel it within a minute. Apply with a micro-brush under the lashes, keep the eyes closed, and work in sections rather than covering the whole line at once. Wipe with a damp pad, then cleanse and condition.

Aftercare decides whether the client rebooks. Natural lashes need a break of a few weeks after a long run of sets, and a lash conditioner or serum helps. For the salon, cream remover is a consumable that turns a removal into a paid appointment instead of an awkward favour.
