When you send an enquiry we receive the name, company, email address, country and message you submit, plus any files you attach. If you email us directly, we receive whatever that email contains.
Our server records standard technical information: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. This is ordinary server logging, kept for security and troubleshooting.
Enquiry details are used to answer you, prepare a quote and follow up on an order. If you become a customer, we keep the records needed to produce, ship and support what you bought.
